Hi, I’m Yoshino.
Designing clear, accessible tools that make complicated work feel a little lighter.

I’m currently at the University of Southern California designing products for higher education that improve how students, staff, and faculty work.

Selected Projects

Schedule of Classes Admin page for adding a new school or program configuration, with "Add a new program" selected and form fields for school, program, and prefixes.

Registrar staff needed a developer ticket for every change to the public class schedule. I designed a task-based admin tool that lets them make those changes themselves.

ISIR Viewer interface displaying a student's ISIR transaction, with a sidebar for selecting transaction versions and a detailed view of FAFSA transaction data for the selected record.

Staff used to download sensitive federal tax data to compare records by hand. I designed an access-controlled viewer that compares hundreds of fields side by side and adapts to yearly schema changes.

Sites at USC homepage featuring a self-service publishing platform for USC faculty and staff, with navigation to site requests, features, resources, and support, plus a prominent "Request a Site" call to action.

I took ownership of a fragmented WordPress platform: I consolidated 6 themes into 2, migrated 270 sites, and built support for non-technical site owners.
